Shell Description: The shell is formed by bending and welding 1.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate from Shanghai Baosteel, followed by acid washing, phosphating treatment, and high-temperature baking curing with epoxy resin powder coating.
Door Panel Description: Sloped edge design, using 1.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (double-layer) from Shanghai Baosteel. It features a detachable structure with vibration pads and no-weld connection. After acid washing and phosphating treatment, it is coated with epoxy resin powder and high-temperature baked to cure.
Hinge Description: Equipped with Guangdong Dongtai DTO hinges, which are aesthetically pleasing, noise-free when opening and closing, capable of withstanding over 50,000 cycles, and have strong anti-rust and corrosion resistance. They come with Glas guides.
Adjustable Feet Description: Uses Φ10mm plastic adjustable feet, which are shockproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant. They allow the cabinet height to be adjusted according to the indoor floor level, with a maximum adjustment range of 0-30mm.
Process Description: All welded steel plates are coated with epoxy resin powder and visually inspected to ensure a smooth surface with no visible weld points. All water, electricity, and gas lines are required to be safe, practical, and installed in a hidden manner. A maintenance hole is provided on the back panel of the cabinet.
Worktop: 12.7mm thick solid phenolic resin board or ceramic.
Faucet and Sink: Laboratory faucet.
